Tropical Snow Scarf

Tropical Snow, a scarf pattern that uses simple stitches and a 3 row pattern repeat to create an elegant accessory! The V stitch sets the base for the mesh pattern and vice versa! A perfect pattern, if you are like us trying to get a gift ready at the eleventh hour!

The pattern uses regular 4 ply worsted weight acrylic yarn and 4.5mm crochet hook!

This pattern was designed to fit the quick and easy cozy pattern blog hop!

The scarf is first worked on one side of the starting chain fastened off and then worked on the other side!

This gives the crafter an opportunity to easily assess the amount of yarn needed by weighing the scarf after one side is done!

Steam blocking the scarf not only opens up the stitches but also makes it supple!

The sample is 40 “ long by 7” wide.

You can change the width by making the starting chain a multiple of 6 +1.

The pattern works up quickly and can be completed in an evening!
