Brickbay Apartments Modular Building

Brickbay apartments is a luxurious 4-floor apartment complex. It boasts spacious contemporary living across 3 floors. Each apartment has a unique layout with a modern interior and private balcony. Access to each floor is gained by using the communal stairs or the working elevator. The top floor of this impressive building boasts an in-house gym, sauna, and spa pool. All ready for your minifigures to move into!
I wanted to design a modular building with a modern twist. The exterior has clean lines and lots of glass! It stands on 2 x 32x32 stud and 1 x 16x32 stud baseplates and would stand proud in a corner position of your city.
