Good morning, gentle reminder your Check out is today. Check out time is 12pm. Please clear the bed and room by 12pm. For the dorm room, there is no key. Only private rooms need to leave a key at the room door (at the hook outside). Switch off the aircond and electricity. And please make sure there is no significant stain/blood on your bed (charges will be applied depending on the condition). And make sure every item/facilities provided in the room is in good condition as given (nothing is broken or missing).

Can i leave my luggage at the hostel after 12pm (check out time)?
Answer: Yes, but not in the room. You can leave it at a dedicated luggage area except for Rimba property. No charges.

Rimba (residential property) - you will need to check out the property on time at 12pm. Luggage storage at common areas may incur charges.
