Tryouts are 2–3 days, 40–80 players, and two or three coaches whose clipboard notes don't line up. This spreadsheet turns everyone's scores into one ranked list you can stand behind when a parent asks "why?"

HOW IT WORKS

- Type your roster. Every player starts as a field player; switch keepers to GK with a dropdown

- Each coach gets their own tab and scores 1–5 in the yellow boxes. Field players: Technical, Tactical, Physical, Coachability. Goalkeepers: Shot-stopping, Handling & distribution, Positioning & communication, Coachability. The criteria that don't apply grey out automatically

- You set the weights, and it combines each coach's scores into one weighted average per player

- Ranks field players and goalkeepers separately, then suggests Varsity / JV / Cut from your roster sizes and goalkeeper slots

- Flags SPLIT when your coaches disagree by a point or more, and TIE when two players are level

- "Your call" column: your decision always wins, and the suggestion stays visible next to it

- Final List tab: everyone sorted by team, ready to print, with a count check against your roster sizes

- Up to 100 players. A player one coach missed is averaged over the coaches who saw him
