Tee (Tea) and Talk: Community Self-Care Gathering

Save the date: Sunday, May 5, 2024, for the Tee (Tea) and Talk online Gathering.

You're invited to a special community self-care gathering, "The I Am Tee." During our uplifting gathering, we will have meaningful conversations, sip our favorite tea, and wear our Liv Vibrantly shirts with positive messages.

When women come together, amazing things happen. It's a time of support, inspiration, and connection. We share stories, lift each other up, and celebrate our strengths. Together, we create a space of warmth and understanding. We laugh, cry, and learn from each other. When women gather, we can change the world. When women gather, the world becomes more vibrant and kinder. It's a reminder of our incredible power when we unite.

Here's how it works:

1. Register for the gathering and choose your shirt size.
2. You will receive a self-care gift bag; your special tee and more goodies will be included.
3. On the day of the gathering, wear your shirt, follow the guidance in your packet, and come prepared to talk and sip tea in your tee.

What can you expect?

• Meaningful conversations about the topic of the month: Accumulation or Application of self-care practices? What is the difference? Why it matters?
• Decompression exercises that you can incorporate into your daily routines
• A journaling exercise to elevate your wellness self-talk
• A creative self-care activity to give you a tangible reminder to make wellness a priority

In your gift bag, you will find:

• A Conversation Tee: a Liv Vibrantly shirt with a positive message to spark uplifting conversations.
• Special Note Cards: thoughtfully designed cards to help facilitate meaningful discussions and connections during the event.
• Self-Care Activity: A fun self-care activity to nurture your well-being
• A link to download your interactive digital guide.

It will be a comfortable and meaningful time to connect, be creative, and relax together. So mark your calendars for Sunday, May 5, 2024, 5:00 pm–6:30 pm EST, and get ready for a gathering over a cup of tea with a tee.

Register by April 30, to ensure your care package arrives in time for the gathering. You can still enjoy the community experience if you register after that date.
