OFFICIAL STUDENT SURVEY: Your First Step to Fluency

No Survey = No Lesson. No Exceptions.

This is not a casual questionnaire. This is a comprehensive client intake document that determines whether we're a good fit to work together.

Before I invest my time in coaching you, I need to know:

• Are you driven enough to succeed?
• Are you coachable?
• Are you willing to do the work?

This survey tells me everything I need to know.

Inside, you'll answer 31 questions covering:

• Your English history (what you've tried, what you've spent, what's failed)
• Your goals and what's at stake if you fail
• Your mindset and commitment level
• Your current speaking level and daily availability
• Which program fits your situation

Why this matters:

Most people who want to learn English never achieve fluency. Not because they're incapable — but because they're not truly committed.

This survey filters out the 99.9% who aren't ready and identifies the 0.1% who are.

2. Submit it at least 24 hours before your first lesson
3. I review your answers and determine if we're a good fit
4. If we are — we begin your personalized 90-day plan
