Family Matters

FAMILY MATTERS picks up the saga in 1944 and continues through the tremulous times following the war until 1959. John Augustus returns from the war a changed man determined to make things right for the daughter he cannot acknowledge as his own, and for the son who knows is not his own. The history, built by the Augustus family, on lies and secrets seems to be holding them protected against the rapidly expanding world. Still, secrets seldom remain secret, and when the younger generation questions everything the older generation believes. The Augustus family begins to crumble.
