For the kid who needs to move before they can do just about anything else.

6:42 a.m. You hear the feet hit the floor — not the sleepy shuffle of a child waking up, but the full-sprint landing of a child who woke up already going. By the time your coffee's done, the hallway is a racetrack, the couch is a mountain, and somebody is standing on it asking what's next.

I raised a couple of these — five kids and nine grandbabies means I've refereed my share of hallway Olympics — and here's the thing I wish someone had told me sooner: that energy isn't a problem to burn off. It's fuel looking for a mission.

Jayden's Big Adventure Kit gives that energy somewhere to go.

It's full of action-based activity prompts designed for children who need movement, exploring, playful challenges, and a little mission to keep their body and mind engaged. Because "go play" isn't specific enough for this kid — but "your mission, should you choose to accept it" absolutely is.

This is for you when:

  • Your child has a lot of energy and needs a purpose for it
  • "Go play" is not specific enough to get them started
  • You want fun activities that encourage movement and imagination
  • You need a better answer to "I'm bored" than another snack or screen

What NayNay put in your hands:

Prompts that encourage your child to:

  • Move their body
  • Explore their surroundings
  • Take on playful challenges
  • Turn everyday spaces into a small adventure
  • Use their big energy in a way that feels fun instead of chaotic

How to use it:

Choose one prompt and make it the mission. You don't need a big plan, a perfect backyard, or a whole afternoon free. Sometimes one clear adventure is all it takes to shift the energy in the room.

And here's my favorite part: be there for the mission report. When they come tearing back to tell you what they found, what they built, how fast they did it — that's not them being loud. That's them bringing the adventure home to you. Ask for the details. Big-energy kids don't slow down often, but they'll sit still for a story they're the hero of.

I've got a prompt for that. 💛

SUMMER LIFE SAVER!!!

As the cruise director of fun, I've found this kit to be a lifesaver on days when my son seems to have endless amounts of energy. Having it all planned for me, in one spot, makes it so much easier to actually have fun with him instead of scrambling for ideas. Some activities help release that energy, while others, like the scavenger hunt, force them to slow down!
