Old Pete

🍂 OLD PETE — A Halloween Hallow RV Park Story 🍂

Everyone at Halloween Hallow RV Park thinks they know Peter Jenkins.

They call him Old Pete.

He lives alone at the far end of the campground with his Alaskan Malamute, Shorty. He rarely speaks to anyone, never joins the Saturday night bonfires, and every Thursday he puts on his finest suit, climbs into his beautiful old blue Ford, and disappears into town.

Hours later, he returns with a truck full of groceries and supplies.

Where does it all go?

The campers have plenty of theories.

But nobody knows the truth.

Then one Saturday night, a mysterious young boy appears beside the campground fire and begins telling a story.

He's only the first visitor.

Over the next few weeks, the campers of Halloween Hallow begin discovering that the man they had feared and misunderstood may be someone entirely different from the person they imagined.

❤️ Old Pete is a heartwarming illustrated Halloween story about kindness, loss, friendship, community, and what can happen when we finally take the time to know someone.
