My name is Loretta Edwards, and I am a Certified Functional Nutritionist, Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and Certified Menopause Specialist.

Through my work at Loressence Wellness, I support women in understanding their bodies, restoring balance, and navigating hormonal transitions with clarity and compassion — especially during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

My personal wellness journey began in 1996 after a severe food poisoning experience left me struggling with long-term digestive and health challenges. When conventional approaches failed to provide answers, I turned toward holistic and functional wellness — a path that ultimately became my calling.

Today, my approach blends evidence-based education with holistic lifestyle support. I focus on helping women understand how hormones affect the brain, metabolism, digestion, nervous system, and overall vitality — without fear-based messaging or one-size-fits-all solutions.

I believe menopause is not something to endure, but a powerful transition that deserves understanding, care, and respect.

My mission is to empower women with knowledge so they can move through this stage of life feeling informed, supported, and confident in their bodies.
