This toolkit is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis with a $10 base rate, a $15 suggested rate, and a $30 abundance rate. Please note: My offerings are meant to be accessible to everyone. If spending $10 on this will cause you financial harm, email me and I will scholarship you the kit for free. All those who are able to pay above $15 will be contributing to the scholarship fund for this kit.
Getting misgendered can range from a minor annoyance to a full-fledged trigger, and often how bad it feels can depend on who the misgendering is coming from, and how often we experience it in a given day. This toolkit is meant to provide some support to folks both when they know they are going into a situation where they will be misgendered, or when they’ve just left one.
In this toolkit, you will find a recorded, guided meditation that you can use before you go into any situation where you need your energy to be protected. You do not have to have any particular spiritual beliefs or practice to use this meditation, it is for everyone. You can also find a transcript of the meditation in PDF form.
Second, you will find a written PDF of instructions on how to perform a ritual to literally wash away the negative energy and feelings after you have been misgendered. This ritual is soothing and uses water, soap, and lotion. There are other suggested materials, but the most important part of the ritual is that you make it yours!
