We will identify the loops and patterns keeping you stuck and launch free of them, in this one-week focal process. An hour long call to initiate, formulate and outline, a half-hour midweek call to stabilize, and a another at week’s end to close out securely and leave you well resourced to continue in your new direction.

7-Days in support of your desired shift, with daily support between calls delivered via chat or email so you can ask questions and get real-time adjustment on any speed bumps that may come up.

Having a source of encouragement and high-vibrational reflection as well as much-needed reminders and reassurance makes a world of difference in your process, and I ensure you stay on your path. Avoid pitfalls and wasted time by investing in your goal; you will be able to ask me anything you want every day for a week.

What else should I know?

During our sessions, please prepare a QUIET environment where you will not be distracted. Have a note pad or something similar on hand, and provide yourself a glass of water so you can stay attentive and comfortable. However, don't stress about taking down or absorbing everything I say as you will likely receive a great deal of information, and for this reason I will provide you with an MP3 recording within 2-3 days after our sessions. Please consider your capacity for self-attention and presence at this time, before deciding on a scheduling date.

Do you offer refunds?

Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.

What about for cancellations?

Refunds apply for bookings cancelled *48Hrs ahead of the scheduled date*. Failure to notify of a cancellation or reschedule in less than 48Hrs incurs a 25% Late Notice fee.

How does session scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be directed to my email and we will work out scheduling from there. Due to the length of this session, it cannot be scheduled for less than 10 days out from date of purchase.
