The behaviour isn't the problem. It's the signal.
The Calm Circle is a monthly membership for parents and school professionals navigating autism, ADHD, PDA, and EBSA. Built on ABA, ACT, assent-based practice, and trauma-informed care, giving you a clinical framework that actually works for neurodivergent nervous systems.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You've tried everything.
And you're still exhausted.
- You've read the books, tried the reward charts, stayed calm when everything in you wanted to scream, and it still ended in a meltdown at 7 am.
- The school nods and writes it in the notes. Nothing changes in the classroom. You leave every meeting feeling like you spoke a different language.
- Your child holds it together all day and then falls apart the moment they walk through the door. You don't understand why, and you don't know what to do instead.
- Every professional gives you a different approach. You don't know what to believe (or try) next. Generic advice keeps landing in the wrong hands.
- You know your child loves school in theory. But by 7 am, they're already in crisis. The morning routine has become the hardest part of your day.
- You're doing everything right, and you're still running on empty, misunderstood by the people around you, and second-guessing yourself at 11 pm.
You're not failing. You've been given tools that weren't built for your child.
Most behaviour support was designed for neurotypical nervous systems. It doesn't account for anxiety-driven avoidance, sensory overload, or the reality that standard consequence-based approaches often make things significantly worse for neurodivergent children. The Calm Circle is built on a different framework, and that changes everything. It's a framework built specifically for the way your child's nervous system actually works.
Four evidence-based frameworks. One accessible monthly membership.
The Calm Circle is built on the same clinical combination I use in my consultancy work with UK Local Authorities, schools, and families, made accessible, practical, and delivered in a format that fits around your actual life.
Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
- Understanding what behaviour is communicating, what maintains it, and how to change the conditions rather than fight the symptoms. The science of behaviour, made human.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Building psychological flexibility in the adult supporting the child, so you can respond from your values rather than react from your stress. Your regulation matters as much as theirs.
Assent-Based Practice
- Strategies that respect autonomy, build genuine trust, and create real cooperation, without coercion or compliance demands that consistently backfire with demand-sensitive profiles.
Trauma-Informed Care
- Responses that build neurological safety first, because learning, regulation, and cooperation are not possible without it. Safety is not a reward for good behaviour. It's a precondition for it.
"When you understand why the behaviour is happening and what the nervous system needs, everything else follows."

The Calm Circle signature feature: Interactive tools. Nothing like them exists anywhere else.
Every month, a new interactive tool is released, built for the exact moment you need it, with the specific information for your child, your situation, and right now. Not a PDF you print. A tool you use.
Examples of tools:
Behaviour Function Finder (available now)
- 5 questions. A hypothesised function. Multiple strategies, different every visit.
School Behaviour Support Identifier (available now)
- 72 strategies across 6 categories. Immediate next-day implementation for school staff.
Morning Routine Builder (month 4)
- Customise a morning routine by your child's sensory profile and demand sensitivity.
De-escalation Stage Finder (month 3)
- "Where are they right now?" -immediate strategies for each stage of escalation.
and much more!
The year-long curriculum: A full year of transformation — built around what the research shows you actually need.
The Calm Circle is not a content dump. It's a structured, cumulative curriculum, with each month building on the last and each quarter on the one before. By Month 12, you will have a complete clinical toolkit to understand and respond to your child's behaviour.

A pathway to in-school training with Leticia for your whole team
About Leticia: The clinical knowledge you've been searching for.
I'm a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and UKBA (cert). I run Berkshire Behaviour Consultancy and work in UK Social Care, supporting families, schools, and local authorities with some of the most complex and misunderstood behaviour challenges you can imagine.
I created The Calm Circle because I kept seeing the same thing: parents who were trying everything, with access to almost nothing that actually worked for their child. And school professionals who desperately wanted to do better, but had never been given a framework that made sense for the pupils they were actually teaching.
Everything within this membership is grounded in the clinical combination I use every day: ABA, ACT, assent-based practice, and trauma-informed care. It is not generic parenting advice dressed up in clinical language. It is the real framework, made accessible. Without the jargon. Without the waiting list. Without the price tag of a full clinical programme.
The Calm Circle exists because this support should not require a referral. Every parent and professional navigating this should have access to it, right now, this week, in a format that fits around their actual life.
