2. How long do I have to use the content?

You have a full 12 months to use your package from the date of purchase. You can request content monthly or all at once—it’s totally flexible.

3. Can I customize what's included?

The package is pre-set for balance, but minor swaps (e.g. 1 extra flyer instead of 1 story set) can be discussed before starting. Custom packages are available at a different rate.

4. What’s the turnaround time for each request?

Each request has a 2–5 business day turnaround depending on complexity. You can submit up to 2 requests at a time to keep things flowing smoothly.

5. What if I need more than what’s included?

No problem! You get 10% off all additional à la carte services for the rest of the year as a VIP client.

6. What do I need to provide?

You’ll need to send:

• Photos or mockups
• Logo + brand colors (if you have them)
• Details for each piece (promo copy, product info, etc.)
• If you're unsure, I’ll guide you through it!

7. Is this refundable if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of digital design and reserved time, all sales are final. However, the package is valid for the full year and can be used at your pace.

8. How do I get started?

Once payment is received, I’ll send you a welcome form to collect your brand info and content preferences. From there, we’ll plan your first set of deliverables!
