One PDF arrives with sixty statements in it. You need sixty files, each named after its reference, and you need to be sure no page ended up in the wrong document.

Open it. PDF Batch Desk reads every page, works out which reference identifies each document, and shows you the files it proposes, before anything is written. If more than one field could be the answer it asks rather than guessing, listing each option with the number of documents it would produce. You confirm or correct, then export the batch with a manifest recording where every source page went.

Rename the whole batch in one go: find and replace across every filename, change the capitals, or rebuild them from a pattern. One undo reverses all of it.

You make the final call. Anything uncertain is flagged, and the page you are deciding about stays on screen while you decide. Export stays locked until nothing is left to check. Every change can be undone.

It runs on your computer. The PDF engine is built into the file. Nothing is uploaded, and it works with networking disabled.

What you get: the offline app as a single self-contained HTML file, two illustrated walkthroughs, a quick-start guide, and email support. One named user, no subscription. Yours permanently, with twelve months of defect corrections; future major versions are optional separate purchases.

What it needs: searchable PDFs from a consistent reporting layout, up to 20 MB and 200 pages, in current desktop Chrome or Edge. Scanned-only pages, interactive forms and signed PDFs are not supported. Test your own file in the free demo first.

Fourteen days to change your mind, no reason needed, even after downloading. Additional to your statutory rights.
