Pudgy Primate

Here is my version of Ben & Jerry's beloved Chunky Monkey ice cream. Fresh banana ice cream with perfectly toasted walnuts and milk chocolate flakes. It has always been one of my favorite flavors of theirs. I just hope I've done it justice! Fyi, the banana base is made using ripe bananas rather than artificial extracts or flavoring. It is also egg-free and thickened with just a touch of cornstarch so the banana flavor shines through!
