Happiness Tips -


Have good healthy sleep pattern, go to sleep at the same time every day.


Keep yourself hydrated every day carry water around with you and drink the water often, if you start to feel thirsty you are already dehydrating.


Eat healthy colourful food, meal prep if it is easier, eats lots of fruit and vegetables, avoid Sugar and artificial sweeteners, Drink a healthy smoothie daily and fuel your body with great nutrition so that your body can work at an optimum level.


Write down 3 things you are grateful for daily, so that you go to bed feeling positive with happy thoughts.


If there is anything negative on your mind write it down on a notepad and put it to bed you can work through that later or tomorrow..


Practice telling yourself to 'STOP" if you have negative self talk and replace it with an affirmation "I am Confident" or whatever it is important to you.
