Repeat Order Price Watch: Printable Price Log + Bonus Spreadsheet

Did an auto-delivery or subscription order cost more than the reminder said? Or did the pack quietly get smaller? Write down each charge and spot it right away.

★ WHAT'S INSIDE

• Printable Item List & Targets page: target price, your alert %, unit price

• Printable Price Log: told price vs charged price, size check, what you did

• Bonus: a simple one-tab spreadsheet (BLANK + SAMPLE) that flags price increases, smaller packs and charges over your alert

★ DETAILS

• US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4 PDFs, made to print and fill in by hand

• Prefer typing? The bonus .xlsx opens in Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer

• In the spreadsheet, type only in the yellow cells; the flags fill in by themselves

★ HOW IT WORKS

1. List each item you get on a regular delivery and set a target price.

2. Each time a charge posts, log the price you were told and the price you paid.

3. Check the flags, then keep, skip, swap or cancel.

How this was made: I used AI tools to help design the page layouts, the spreadsheet, the listing images and parts of this description. I checked and edited everything before listing it.
