Great cookbook for pasta-lovers

This cookbook makes it very easy to find a pasta recipe that meets your needs. There is something for everyone, from vegetarian recipes to meat and seafood recipes. There are even recipes for making pasta from scratch. Each recipe begins with a prep time, cook time, and serving size, which is helpful if you're in a hurry. The recipes are very easy to read and follow. The Kindle version also includes links to videos of most of the recipes in case you get stuck. So far, I have tried the Spaghetti Col Tonno Alla Bolognese. It's a quality meal that is healthy, quick and easy to prepare, and very inexpensive. I am looking forward to trying the Pasta Alla Puttanesca next, mainly because the book explained why it is considered to be the most scandalous dish in Italy!

authentic Italian food for everyone

As an american, i only thought i was a fan of pasta, but Flavia showed me a whole new world with Pasta Affair. Vivid images and eloquent descriptions gave me a deeper appreciation of real Italian cuisine, and the time and care that go into making it the best it can be for all the senses. I always say you don't know someone until you know what they eat, and after Pasta Affair i feel like I know more about the soul of Italian life.
I was used to just boiling spaghetti in water and opening a jar of sauce, but the NEXT time i make pasta for my family it will really be an Affair to remember. Best pasta cookbook ever!

Just like I had in Italy!!

Pasta Affair is a fantastic find for pasta lovers. The recipes are easy to follow, and I LOVE the beautiful pictures of each dish. It’s really hard to find real Italian pasta recipes online. I have already followed a bunch of recipes from their YouTube channel with delicious results, however I really prefer a cookbook with written recipes and this was exactly what I wanted. Thanks Flavia!
