You get the orighinal (file 1)

& other 3 files with numbers 2 & 3 in their file name, so

when recolouring vector files although the edges issue in 2&3=(two objects that near to the edge merged together & recoloured together (2 wing parts & maybe more can be affected...>>> some time the "live paint" option is better & some time the "direct selection" & eye dropper is better, do not depend on fragment size)).

I still suggest to work with them,

instead to try draw on them in new layers & flatten or slice them/delete or add anchore points e.t.c..

Just add a frame around the file in different colour than you will use >> export as image file >> make it vector file again >> recolour >>> after picking the size you need/want for the print/else >>> export as an image file again >>> crop the frame.

BECAUSE:

in file 1 (no edges issue) - BUT may have shapes under shapes(much harder to recolour) that you can move or remove + much more outlines + the file have few fragments more...
