Grounded & Connected to Source Meditation
This meditation supports you in feeling grounded, connected to source, and self-compassionate.
It goes beyond simply slowing down and deep breathing. You’ll learn how to feel stable and to draw on a nature spot you love for nourishment. Rather than visualizing, you’ll be guided to sense and feel your connection with a place in nature.
Through this embodied sensing, you’ll begin to recognize the energy within and around your body. You’ll also learn how to rest into your back body to bring balance to the forward-reaching way many of us live.
With practice, this meditation helps you feel more stable, connected, and supported in your daily life, building a deeper sense of resilience and wholeness.
The audio is 15 minutes long and includes extra music to help you relax and integrate.
