The Bible teaches that faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen. In this story, while Faith lives up to this definition, she is a good girl who makes bad decisions. As she tries to juggle her relationship with God and her love life with a gangsta named Chief, Chief admires her loyalty and holy conviction since childhood. Being a victim of a horrific childhood and raised by the streets, however, he admired the thug life more. Eventually, pain, murder, disrespect, and disappointment force Faith to cry out to God, begging for an escape from Chief and his sinful ways. Never did she imagine that the answer to her prayers were in the arms of someone she could never be seen with. Once Chief’s freedom is taken away, Faith and her lover are granted freedom to carry on with their secret relationship. Their love affair is short lived when Chief unexpectedly pops up home from jail. Things rapidly spin out of control as Faith gets tangled in a web of lies and deceit - she loses herself while searching for truth in a love triangle between herself, her lover, and his enemy. Will Faith learn from her mistakes and begin a new life on the right path? Or will she drive herself into a dead end trying to chase her past?
