Hey, I'm Simona - a fully accredited and qualified Naturopathic Health and Nutrition Coach (Dip_CNM).

After the birth of my son in 2020, I was struggling  with chronic digestive symptoms, brain-fog, hormonal imbalance, chronic viral infections, pelvic pain, excessive weight gain, new allergies, skin rashes, anxiety and depression.
