Citrus Cake

DESCRIPTION

This seasonal citrus cake is perfect all-year-round. Made from our signature citrus cake, it is soaked in a honey citrus syrup, layered with vanilla yoghurt mousse, compressed oranges, and toasted flaked almond, and topped with crunchy honeycomb, vanilla tuile, and seasonal edible flowers.
