These 4ply garter stitch baby sandals have an optional i-cord or ribbon ankle tie and the foot strap is knitted sideways.
This style of Sandal is also available in 3ply.
Pattern sizes: 0 (3-6-9) months.
To fit foot: 7 (8-9-10) cm [2¾ (3¼-3½-4) ins].
Yarn required: 1 (1-1-1) ball Patons Big Baby 4ply, 100g balls@420m.
Needles required: A pair of 3.25mm [UK 10, US 3/4] knitting needles.
2 double-pointed 3.25mm [UK 10, US 3/4] knitting needles. (for optional i-cord).
Wool needle for sewing up.
Other requirements: 96 (102-108-114) cm narrow ribbon, cut in half (for optional ribbon tie).
Tension: 27 sts and 54 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over garter st, using 3.25mm needles.
