1. How do I submit my film?
After booking through Calendly, you can upload your Hudl link or send your video directly using the instructions provided in the confirmation message.
2. What type of film do you accept?
Hudl links, full game files, or clear mobile recordings. Full games are preferred for accurate evaluation.
3. How long is each session?
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes depending on the amount of film and what needs to be reviewed.
4. Who is this session for?
Athletes of all levels (youth to college), as well as parents or coaches who want clearer insight into performance.
5. What will I receive after the session?
You’ll get brief performance notes and your updated Athlete Performance ID category.
6. Do I need to prepare anything for the session?
Just make sure your film link works and you have a quiet place to join the live call.
Refund Policy
Because this service requires time, preparation, and a reserved session slot, all sales are final and non-refundable once a session is booked.
Refunds are only considered in the case of:
- A duplicate purchase
- A technical issue on our end that prevents the session from happening
Athletes who miss their session, fail to provide film, or do not attend the meeting are not eligible for a refund.
Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling is allowed under the following terms:
- You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session using your Calendly confirmation link.
- Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are considered a late cancellation and may require a new booking.
- If you miss the session without notice (“no-show”), a new session must be purchased.
- If I need to reschedule for any reason, you will receive a new time slot at your earliest convenience.
This policy helps protect both your time and mine, ensuring consistent, professional service.
