In the 1970s Swiss mathematician Hans Cousto proposed a method to convert astronomical cycles into audible sound by repeatedly doubling the frequency. Earth’s orbital period, for example, was converted into a tone and raised into the audible range: 136.10 Hz. This tone is often called the “Earth OM” frequency, commonly used to promote grounding, heart-centred awareness and connection with natural rhythms. The collection includes 12 frequencies, all within a hummable human range. Each tone is presented within a gentle 4–6 breathing rhythm (inhale for four, exhale for six) - a pattern widely used in clinical and performance settings to stimulate parasympathetic activity, improve heart rate variability, and support calm, regulated nervous system function. 

All the included tones are widely used in meditation and sound-healing traditions.
