Before The Rise is a memoir written from the bottom.

Kalil Vargas Bitar grew up between Ecuador and the United States, lost his mother at fourteen, his father at nineteen, and spent years trapped in the same cycles without understanding why he couldn't break free. This book is the honest story of that road: the fall, the floor, and the moment just before something changes.

It doesn't have a happy ending. Not yet.

It's written for the person reading at two in the morning, feeling alone. For the one who recognizes a pattern in their life but doesn't know how to break it. For the one who lost someone and was never told what that feeling is called.
