Wellbeing Revolution: Leading with Heart & Strategy – loto ma'a, ngutu kovi (WBR) is a social change enterprise working with government, nonprofit, and community leaders to develop more holistic responses to homelessness and economic displacement. We move beyond compliance-driven operational norms to incorporate collective care, lived experience and Indigenous cultural values into policy, practice, and wellbeing design.

The WBR Community Organizing Manual combines practical systems redesign with storytelling, cultural knowledge, public health principles, and community leadership structures that are too often missing from traditional consulting models. Our work is deeply influenced by Pasifika frameworks such as Talanoa, Fonofale, and Fonua, alongside contemporary systems thinking and collective wellbeing research.

Rather than treating wellbeing as an individual responsibility, we position wellbeing as infrastructure — something communities build together through relationships, policy, culture, leadership, and shared stewardship.
