BOXFIT 30 is a high-energy, boxing-inspired fitness workout designed to challenge your cardiovascular fitness, coordination and muscular endurance in just 32 minutes.
Combining punch combinations, athletic movements and HIIT-style intervals, BOXFIT 30 delivers a full-body workout that will leave you feeling energised, accomplished and ready for more.
The workout is split into five progressive sections:
