TRAINING SPLIT #1
This was my first official experimental training split that I followed, focusing on High-Intensity Training (HIT). Obviously, I have made many changes to my current split over time so the exercises and their sequence can better adapt to my body. This version is a more simple approach for someone who wants to try, or has already tried, HIT training using a Push-Pull-Legs (PPL) method.There will also be other training splits in the future featuring more intermediate-level exercises and training methods that I am currently experimenting with.As a reminder, please be aware that just because you follow someone’s training split perfectly, it doesn’t mean you will get the same results. Everyone has different genetics and adapts to training differently. That’s why I continuously adjust my training—to find what fits me best. The key is to focus on your own training and progress, and the results will come over time.
