All presets and digital files included in this purchase are the intellectual property of jx.ffx. The copyright is not transferred to the buyer upon purchase.

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, single-user license. This means you, the purchaser, are permitted to use these presets on your own photos and videos.

You are strictly prohibited from the following actions:

Sharing, distributing, or leaking these files in any way (including to friends, in online groups, or on file-sharing websites).

Reselling these presets, in whole or in part.

Modifying these presets and reselling them as your own.

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
