Nationwide No Rent Shall Be Over 30% of Income Homeless Initiative for Trump Administration

Large cities such as Los Angeles, California, have a huge homeless population. Many parts of Los Angeles county, especially on Hollywood Blvd, the City of the Stars, are littered with trash on the sidewalks, and alongside the curbs. Additionally, homeless camp out there too. People of Los Angeles should take pride in their city, and keep the streets cleaned, keep homeless from camping out, and in high tourist areas. What if the Olympics were to come to the city? How do large conventions feel about seeing trash everywhere, and homeless everywhere you turn? This proposal and initiative, is to make it a law nationwide, that no rent shall be over 30% of anyone's income, regardless of what they earn.
