Inside The SDNY

Inside The SDNY: Not So Just–Not So Honorable by Tyrone Holmes is an autobiographical account detailing a multi-year legal battle against corporate giants and the federal justice system.

Overview

The book chronicles the true story of Tyrone "Ty Max" Holmes—a music and film producer, graphic designer, and community minister from the Bronx and Harlem who worked with artists such as Faith Evans, the late LaShun Pace, and many others. His life takes a drastic turn in June 2016 following a routine purchase of an Apple MacBook Pro through Amazon. Despite having receipts, registration, and AppleCare, Holmes finds himself accused of possessing stolen property of the Department of Defense after Checkpoint Systems and FedEx allegedly file fraudulent theft claims into a national database.
