Leah has to meet her friend to go shopping. However, her friend is always very late when it comes to getting ready to go out.

Leah arrives, as usual, right on time, but her friend is still not at the meeting point.

Because her car is very stubborn in winter, she decides not to turn off the engine, as she might not be able to restart it afterward. However, the engine runs very poorly at low RPMs and risks stalling, which would prevent it from starting again. As a result, she have to keep the accelerator pedal pressed with her foot to keep the engine running.

Her friend ends up being more than 30 minutes late. Leah finds the wait very long and is annoyed that she has to burn fuel because of it.

We see her using her phone, reading a book, putting on makeup, and even being bored during those 30 minutes of waiting, all while keeping her right foot pressed on the accelerator pedal, wearing heels and tights, to keep the engine running and warm.
