Playful Leaves - Overlay Mosaic Crochet Pattern
Playful Leaves is a very fun pattern to do using Overlay Mosaic Crochet and Tapestry Mosaic Crochet techniques. Of course you can omit the tiny parts of Tapestry making those rows in a single colour.
As the mosaic tapestry parts are very small this is a great pattern for you to try this technique.
You can play with only 3 colours like I did or you can use as many colour you want. So this is also a good pattern to help you reduce your yarn stash and to create very colourful blankies, or any other type of projects you have in mind.

Hobbii Daily Stitch Wool Blend (Medium/Aran yarn - 80% Acrylic, 20% Wool) 1 ball – 100 g (168 m) / 3.5 oz (183 yards) - C1 (Sand, 06) and C3 (Deep Ocean, 89)
Hobbii Daily Stitch Wool Blend Tweed (Medium/Aran yarn - 80% Acrylic, 15% Wool, 5% Viscose) 1 ball – 100 g (168 m) / 3.5 oz (183 yards) C2 (Bordeaux, 43)
5 mm / US H-8 and 5.5 mm / US I-9 crochet hooks
Finishing Size
The final size of the blanket is 94 cm x 125 cm (37 in x 49 in), approximately.
You can customize the size of your blanket by adding or decreasing repeats of the pattern, but keep in mind that this will affect the amount of yarn required.
