Help a team adopt an AI tool safely, and make it stick.

The AI Adoption Pack gives business analysts a practical route from a proposed tool to a supported way of working: test readiness, agree a small pilot with a measured baseline, talk with affected colleagues and give the sponsor evidence for a decision.

What’s included

Ten files: five editable Word documents, three Excel workbooks, a Start Here PDF and a licence file.

Who it’s for

Senior and mid-level BAs supporting a team’s adoption of an AI assistant. The worked cases follow fictional Northgate Bank, with one pilot that continues and one that stops.

What it is not

Not legal, HR, regulatory or model-risk advice, an agent specification or a certification. Complements the AI for FS and AI Agent Requirements packs.
