Good to know

• Cream (pale yellow) cells are for your input. White and grey cells are worked out for you, and the sheets are protected (no password) so formulas are not overwritten by mistake
• A Health check on the Start Here tab and a Check/Status column on every log flag missing or odd entries
• RIDDOR rules checked on hse.gov.uk (When do I need to report an incident?; Types of reportable incidents) on 02/11/2026. The report-by days are on the Settings tab
• Room for 1,000 incidents. Dates show as DD/MM/YYYY
• FAQ: Does it report to HSE for me? No. It flags what may need reporting and by when; you report online at hse.gov.uk/riddor
• FAQ: Does it flag occupational diseases or gas incidents? No, those need checking separately
• FAQ: Can several people use it? Yes, in Google Sheets you can share it with your team. Keep it private: it holds personal data
