Black History Month Art Activity, Shade by Number Portraits, Black Music Icons

I hand drew every portrait in this set. Students match numbered shapes to numbered values, so they practice controlling light and dark while learning about five Black music icons. Each portrait takes 30 to 45 minutes, so it works as a sub plan, an early finisher or a quick value lesson.
