📦 How it works:

• Send over your details — Use the message box at checkout or reply to your order confirmation email at hello@kellyscraftstudio.co.uk with the name, a picture of the dress or colour of suit, images of the prom princess/prince and your choice of Verse.

• I'll send your digital proof — within 2–3 working days of your final design being confirmed, you'll receive a lovely preview to look over

• You approve, or ask for a tweak — you've got 1 free revision included, so we can make sure it's just perfect before it's finished

• Download your finished file — once you're happy, your high-res, print-ready file is yours to download and keep forever

Please note: no physical item will be shipped — this is a digital file only. Please send your customisation details within 5 days of purchase so I can get your proof to you promptly. If I don't hear from you within 5 days of sending the proof, your order will be paused until you're ready to pick back up.

Need a hand? Just message me directly, any time — I'm always happy to help.
