One palette is a decision. Three palettes are a choice.

Send clear photos of your house and I'll design three genuinely different exterior directions — then repaint your own front photo in each one, so you compare them on your walls, your roof, and your light:

- THREE DIRECTIONS, RENDERED — not three shades of the same idea: three honestly differentiated routes (for example: light and warm, deep and contrasting, and the middle path), each designed from your answers about what you love and what you refuse

- A PLACEMENT MAP FOR EACH — every surface placed: body, trim, door, shutters, garage, with the reasoning

- THE PRODUCT SCHEDULE — product type and sheen per surface per direction. Quantities are rough estimates only — your painter measures.

- PALETTE CARDS — for all three directions; colors are identified from a manufacturer's own published chart only where that chart can be verified on the day your plan is produced, and are otherwise given descriptively and flagged "match by swatch." No paint code is ever printed from memory.

- ONE REVISION ROUND — included, on the terms stated in full below

HOW IT WORKS / CLOCK / CAPACITY

Your clock is 5 business days from COMPLETE intake (photos + answers — the same intake as Essential, plus a question asking you to rank any directions you already lean toward). Capacity: 2 consultations in flight at a time.

Reshoot-before-clock rule: if your photos can't support quality renders, I'll ask for better ones before the clock starts, never after.

Rendered colors are visualizations. Actual paint appearance varies with light, surface, screen, and application. Always test physical swatches on your home before buying full quantities.

Lateness = full refund: if your plan is not delivered within 5 business days of complete intake, your refund is automatic on request — reply to the email thread, no forms.

Holiday-squeeze doubling: delivery windows double during holiday-squeeze weeks — Nov 23–26 and Dec 21–25 — stated at intake before the clock starts.

HOA / local rules: Checking your HOA's rules is your responsibility. Paste their approved palette into your intake and all three directions will be designed inside it. Local rules are the customer's responsibility to check and supply.

Your photos: your photos are used only for your deliverable, and deleted 30 days after delivery. Portfolio use only with separate written opt-in — and addresses are never published.

REVISION TERMS (in full, as they ship in the delivery email)

Your revision round. One is included. Within 7 days of this delivery, reply to this email with either a SWAP (replace one direction with a new one) or a TUNE (adjust one direction — move an accent, deepen a body color, swap door and shutter colors). One round covers one direction and one set of changes, and your revised pages arrive within 3 business days. After that round, further changes are a new order — I'd rather tell you that now than surprise you later.

In short: one swap-or-tune round, claimed within 7 days of delivery, revised pages within 3 business days, further changes = new order.

One direction enough? Essential is $199. Every structure on the property plus a photo-observation condition report? That's Full Property ($499). Just want proven palettes by house style, no photo? The Palette Configuration Library is $39.

Two different 'paint' services live in this shop. The Paint Report ($79) audits how your online STORE looks — covers, colors, layout. This service is about your actual HOUSE. If your store is what needs help, you want the other one.

Q: How are the three directions chosen?

A: From your intake — what you love, what you refuse, your fixed elements (roof, brick, stone). If you tell me "one safe, one bold," that's exactly what you get.

Q: When does my 5 days start, and when is the revision due?

A: The clock starts at complete intake. Your revision round is claimed any time within 7 days after delivery, and revised pages arrive within 3 business days of your request.

Q: What if I still can't decide?

A: The plan ends with a swatch test: all three finalist colors on your actual wall, in your actual light. That's the tiebreaker no screen can give you — and it's free.

Q: Are the quantities exact?

A: No — quantities are rough estimates only, labeled as planning estimates in the plan. Photos can't measure a house; your painter or paint store confirms exact quantities. Product types and sheens are specified exactly.

Q: HOA?

A: Checking your HOA's rules is your job; paste their approved palette into your intake and all three directions will be designed inside it.

Q: What happens to my photos?

A: Used only for your plan, deleted 30 days after delivery, never shown publicly without your separate written permission, and addresses are never published.

Q: What if it's late?

A: Full refund — reply to the email thread. No forms.

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
