Create 4 viewports AutoLisp source

2 new commands can be launched, 4V and 4VP.

• 4V creates 4 viewports in Model Space, with views of all entities in the DWG, at the same scale in the XOY, XOZ and YOZ planes. The drawings in these 3 views are aligned on the screen, vertically and horizontally. The command is useful when making changes in different planes, changes that can also be seen in the other planes or in 3D.
• 4VP creates 4 viewports in Paper Space, with views of all entities in the DWG, at the same scale in the XOY, XOZ  and YOZ planes. The drawings in these 3 views are aligned on the screen, vertically and horizontally. The command is useful when making changes in different planes, changes that can also be seen in the other planes or in 3D. It is also useful for creating and printing a drawing with several correlated views.
