Not at all! I’m not an advocate for restrictive diets. While I do discuss The Brewer Diet, it’s more of a helpful guide than a set of restrictions. Pregnancy is definitely not the time to limit what or how much you eat.
I believe in enjoying the foods you love, including sweets and fried foods, as part of a balanced approach to nutrition. At the same time, this course focuses on nourishing your body with the nutrients it needs, which can naturally help reduce cravings and the desire to splurge. You might find that when you prioritize balance, your cravings for less nutritious foods may decrease on their own!
I designed this course specifically for moms, making it easy to understand even if you don’t have medical or nutritional training.
