TRP014 Fat Daddy's Turtle Rye Pale Ale (All Grain)

Fat Daddy really enjoys this beer. It is very tasty for a pale ale. It packs a punch of malt flavors including rye, grassy and bready notes. This beer is light bodied but balanced well with the hops. It pours a cloudy dark yellow with a small head. This beer is no longer listed on the Terrapin website. This beer began a rye malt craze that extended from pales to stouts.

Mash at 151-153°F and ferment at 66-70°F.

Makes 5 gallons.
