This letter is designed to dispute your bankruptcy that is reporting on you credit report. I suggest that you obtain a copy of your reports and credit score. This letter should only be used if you have already sent and received a response back from the credit bureaus, LexisNexis/Sagstream! Follow up by sending the following letter to the credit bureaus.Place a copy of your deleted results from LexisNexis/Sagstream inside the envelope as evidence. With Bankruptcy disputes its important that you have all the information you need and make sure that you follow up with each letter provided.
