Rooted Through Recovery is a 12-step trauma-informed recovery journey that blends modern neuroscience,
somatic practices, nervous system education, group support, and inner inquiry to help you
rebuild your life from the inside out.
Each step includes four weeks of content:
• A mantra to anchor you
• A long-form reading to reflect the truth of your healing
• A guided meditation for nervous system integration
• A weekly discussion topic and reflection questions
• Journal prompts to deepen your self-awareness
There is no “right way” to walk these steps.
Go at your own pace.
Be honest.
