how to use it:

I usually add it after I add the topaz.

1-Create an adjustment layer 

2- go to animation (should be in the top of ur screen)

3- press "apply animation presets" 

4- go where u saved the preset and click it!

If you don't like the white lines, delete S_Filmdamage 3
