Gilded Laurel 8-Page Funeral Program Template – Editable Celebration of Life Booklet
A calm, elegant memorial booklet with room for more of their story.
The Gilded Laurel 8-page program pairs a soft cream page with fine gold laurels, a classic black arch for a favorite photo, and timeless serif lettering. It has space for the order of service, a full obituary, a life timeline, a page of photos, a poem and tributes. Every word is editable, so you can make it your own, then print it at home, at a local print shop, or share it by text and email.
★ WHAT'S INCLUDED
• 8-page funeral program: two 8.5 x 11 in sheets, printed on both sides, nested and folded to 5.5 x 8.5 in

• Order of service
• Obituary ("A Life Well Lived") with a round photo
• Life timeline
• Photo page ("Cherished Memories", 6 photo spots)
• Full poem page: "Crossing the Bar"
• Tributes page: pallbearers, honorary pallbearers, flower bearers, acknowledgments and reception details
• Back page with a photo, verse, interment and arrangements
• Editable PowerPoint file (.pptx)
• Sample PDFs (print-shop, home-print and reading-order) so you can see the finished layout and make a test print
• How to Edit & Print guide (PDF)
★ HOW TO EDIT
• Open the .pptx file in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. Click any text to type over it.
• Each photo spot is its own shape. Fill it with your photo; the guide has the steps for each program.
• The gold laurels, frames and cream background are one flat background picture, so single ornaments can't be recolored.
• Fonts: Playfair Display and Montserrat, both free from Google Fonts. Install them first for the closest match.
• Works best on a computer. Editing on a phone hasn't been tested.
★ PRINTING
• Save your finished program as a PDF, then print it as a folded booklet on Letter paper (both sides). Nest sheet 2 inside sheet 1 and fold. The guide walks you through it.
• Print at 100% / Actual size and make one test copy first.
• Many home printers leave a thin white edge. The design still looks neat if that happens.
★ GOOD TO KNOW
• Digital download only. Nothing is shipped.
• The names, dates, photos and words shown are sample text.
• For personal use by one family for one memorial service. Please don't share or resell the files.
• Colors can look slightly different on screen, on paper and between printers.
• No refunds on digital downloads, but if you have any trouble with a file, message us and we'll help you fix it.
