(035) Juggling Life’s Pressures | SEL Worksheet for Stress Management
Help kids recognize what they are carrying, identify which pressures feel hardest to manage, and think about what support they may need.
This resource uses a relatable juggling theme to help kids reflect on everyday pressures such as schoolwork, friendships, family, activities, social media, sleep, emotions, and responsibilities. They can name what they are juggling, notice what begins to “drop” when life feels overwhelming, and choose healthy next steps.
Includes 2 student reflection worksheets with different character options.
Kids will reflect on:
• What they are juggling each day
• Which pressures feel hardest to manage
• What starts to slip when they feel overwhelmed
• Where they may need help
• What they can release or take a break from
• Helpful choices such as pausing, asking for help, taking a break, and prioritizing what matters
Great for individual counseling, small groups, classroom SEL, calm corners, check ins, and stress management lessons.
