In this gentle, accessible course, you’re invited to explore three foundational breath practices that support balance, calm, and presence.

Whether you’re feeling anxious, scattered, overwhelmed, or simply longing for a moment of stillness, these practices offer simple ways to reconnect — without needing to fix, force, or push.


Inside the course, you’ll be guided through:

  • Easy Breath (Sukhapranayama) — an equal inhale and exhale to gently calm and ground
  • Square Breath (Sama Vritti) — a steady, rhythmic breath that brings clarity and focus
  • Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) — a balancing practice to harmonize emotional and mental energy

Each breath includes a short introduction and a guided practice, offering gentle context alongside the practice itself. No prior breathwork or meditation experience is needed.
